G. Maurice DuFour
Chairman
G. Maurice DuFour is a pioneer in business process outsourcing, starting with TDEC over 45 years ago in sales. He has been instrumental in developing and servicing new markets, innovative production strategies and human capital managment. Mr. DuFour has built a team of dedicated individuals using established processes to successfully produce accurate results.

As president, Dennis is responsible for all marketing and business development plans. He personally oversees new business activity. Dennis is a native Washingtonian and active in the community and sits on several boards of area non-profits. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities. Dennis graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

John started with TDEC in 1996, after graduating from Boston College. He is responsible for TDEC's multi-solution division supplying resources to the Auto Finance, Home Equity, Small Business, Credit Card and Payment Processing departments within financial institutions. John also oversees the Product Department at TDEC. John earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
Laura Teter
Operations Manager
Laura began her career with TDEC in the mid-1990s as a data entry operator and advanced through the company to her current position as operations manager. She has served as team leader, assistant director, business manager, documentation specialist and quality assurance manager. Laura has been instrumental in the design and development of procedural management tools to facilitate the implementation of business processes within TDEC.
Denis Lyatkin
Application Delivery Manager
Denis started as a computer programmer with TDEC in 2004, then was quickly promoted to application developer and project manager and now as application delivery manager. He has been key in the development of advanced software applications used by our production teams on a daily basis. Denis is skilled at determining the exact needs of our clients and tailoring TDEC's software to those needs. He uses his expertise in the IT field and his liaison with the clients to bring projects to successful production.
