TDEC Announces Launch of New Call Center

We are TDEC, the most experienced data capture company in the nation, and we just recently expanded our services to include a call center. Through 47 years of data capture experience, TDEC watched our clients' increasing need for call center services: data confirmations, order taking, customer service calls, reservations and overflow. The majority of TDEC clients had needed both data capture and call center services. It became apparent that by TDEC operating both functions a seamless business process would be created.

It was in this spirit of exploring new ways to provide a more complete package for our clients that TDEC decided on the Nortel System. This system offers state of the art tracking and reporting features, concise recording options, and stringent quality control listen-in functions. TDEC's staff is skillfully and specifically trained as "customer service" experts, leaving the telemarketing to organizations trained in sales. TDEC call center representatives are handpicked and educated to be excellent communicators, focused on results. We are confident that their voices will reflect positively on our partner organizations.

With our longstanding history of data capture quality and timeliness, TDEC guarantees the same high level of excellence with our new service. On September 27, 2004 we opened our call center lines, located in Oakland Maryland. The call center is in full operation, with ample room for expansion and round-the-clock service capabilities.
