TDEC’s President Elected to lead Mid-Atlantic Chapter of TAWPI
R. Dennis DuFour has been elected President of the Mid-Atlantic chapter of The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI). Mr. DuFour, President of TDEC’s Government Services, will lead the association’s chapter for 2009.
TAWPI provides insight and best practices education, advocacy and networking for technology and service providers. For over 37 years TAWPI’s mission has been to enhance the performance of its members through knowledge and evaluation of emerging innovation in payments automation, distributed capture, and imaging & forms processing.
Mr. DuFour joined TDEC in 1997 after spending seven years as an account executive with Weaver Bros. Insurance Associates, Inc. As president of TDEC's Government Services division, he is responsible for the company’s marketing and business development plans. Mr. DuFour is a native Washingtonian and graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
