G. Maurice DuFour


President
G. Maurice DuFour has been president for more than 30 years, following in the able footsteps of founder Raymond A. DuFour. While he actively continues to oversee the company as President, he has carefully selected a group of women and men to help lead the company. Together they have formed a team of skilled, proficient, resourceful and conscientious professionals dedicated to data capture and imaging excellence.

Dennis DuFour


Executive Vice President
Dennis joined TDEC in 1997 after spending seven years as an account executive with Weaver Bros. Insurance Associates, Inc. As president of both TDEC's Government Services and Healthcare Services divisions, Dennis is responsible for their marketing and business development plans. He personally oversees all new business activity. Dennis is a native Washingtonian and graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

John DuFour


Executive Vice President
John is the President of TDEC's Financial Services division and is responsible for sales goals, budget modeling/projecting and client relations. He has been with TDEC since 1996. John has expanded this division into a multi-solution division that supplies resources to the Auto Finance, Home Equity, Small Business, Credit Card and Payment Processing departments within financial institutions. John received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and is currently completing his Executive Master of Business Administration from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business.

Laura Mathe


Vice President, Operations
As a result of her strong track-record, Laura has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations for the TDEC Companies. Previously she served as Director of International Operations; in charge of distribution and operation of TDEC's in home, near-shore and off shore resources. In her new capacity, Laura is responsible for all operational, financial and relational aspects of the TDEC Companies. Laura has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance.

Leslie Jenkins


Director of Operations, ODC
With her 9+ years of leadership experience, Leslie brings to TDEC a wealth of operations knowledge. In her role of Director of the Oakland Data Center, Leslie is in charge of TDEC's Financial and Government Services division's success. Her strong operations background coupled with skillsets of leadership, critical-thinking, problem-solving and people skills drives impecable performance deliveries and superior customer satisfaction. Leslie has a BS in Audiology.

Brenda White


Operations Manager, TDEC International
Brenda has been a member of our International team since its foundation and had an intricate part of its success. Adding to her natural leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills, Brenda has demonstrated a personal and professional growth over the course of her tenure that clearly strengthened her as a leader. Brenda's new responsability is to effectively distribute, operate and execute operational and financial metrics of the International Company.

Noah Birchim


Operations Project Manager, Seattle, WA
With an extensive recruiting, HR and management background, Noah brings to TDEC a local leadership presence in the Seattle area. His great attention to detail and his vast interpersonal & people skills have already left a mark on the road to our success. Noah plays an intricate part in the ongoing management of our current employees; including coordination of hiring efforts for new employees.

Laura Teter


Project Manager
Laura was appointed to her current position as project manager in June 2004. Laura began her career with TDEC more than 14 years ago as a data entry operator and advanced through the company to her current position. She has held other positions within the company including team leader, assistant director, business manager, documentation specialist and quality assurance manager. Laura has been instrumental in the design and implementation of procedural management tools to facilitate the implementation of business processes within TDEC.

Denis Lyatkin


Project Manager
Denis began his career with TDEC in 2004 as a computer programmer and advanced to his current position of application developer and project manager. He was appointed to his additional position of project manager in January 1, 2006. Denis has been instrumental in developing and implementing advanced software applications which are used on a daily basis by our production teams. As a project manager, he is skilled at determining the exact needs of our clients and tailoring TDEC’s software to those needs. He uses his expertise in the IT field and his liaison with the clients to bring projects to successful production.
