Call Center

TDEC's newest service is our Call Center. We offer customized inbound call center solutions to handle our client's needs. These solutions are scaled to our client's current and future requirements.

Incomplete Application Processing. TDEC is able to resolve applications that have incomplete data. This allows for the timely processing of documents throughout the workflow process. It also eliminates the need for back office processing at the client site.

Customer Service Calls. TDEC's call center specialists can handle any type of customer service calls. We work with the client to design the scripting and hours of coverage to maximize cost savings and efficiency.
