Financial
TDEC's Financial Services Division focuses on several core solutions:

Each solution carries with it specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). For example, the Auto Finance solution provides a 15-minute turnaround SLA while the credit card is usually 24 hours. Under a five-year subcontract, TDEC performs microfilm conversion for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Bureau of Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS-formerly INS). TDEC converts more than 20M immigration records and captures more than 100M indexes, combining the index information with images. TDEC's overall index accuracy is 99.3%.
Since 1999, TDEC has been under a subcontract to provide the NCDC of with data capture services for various historical records. With more than 20M keystrokes per year, TDEC holds an overall accuracy rating of 99.9% well within the contractor's stringent Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL).

Healthcare
TDEC's Healthcare Division provides best practice solutions to Healthcare Companies. TDEC provides a suite of services from front-end mailroom processing through ANSI 837 complaint data and utilizes tools such as high-speed mailroom equipment, state of the art document scanners, OCR/ICR, and on and offshore data entry.
TDEC is a provider of scanning and indexing of medical and patient records. We can scan your existing paper files and provide day-forward scanning into your electronic files. We service laboratories, offices, and hospitals. TDEC handles patient records and charts, lab reports, graphs (EXG, EEG) and FDA drug labels. We can scan in any order (alpha, appointment, DOB, etc.) with virtually no coding tied to PMS.

In 2003 a small clearinghouse needed a way to process single page, handwritten HCFA -1500 claims quicker and more accurately. With TDEC’s 40+ years of experience, the client felt confident about having TDEC build specific applications to fit their needs. TDEC uses clearinghouses software and a VPN to process up to 1,000 claims per day. The YTD accuracy is 99.93% and the YTD TAT is 26 hours.

In the Spring of 2000, the President and CEO of a permission based email-marketing firm was referred to TDEC by a long-standing customer. The marketing firm's data entry needs were slowing production and hampering the company's ability to serve customers. After our initial meeting, TDEC quickly developed a custom database. On the first day of operation, TDEC key entered roughly 25 loyalty registration cards. Today the volume consistently exceeds 12,000 cards per day and TDEC has built more than 50 different formats for entering data into a SQL database.
