In the Spring of 2000, the President and CEO of a permission based email-marketing firm was referred to TDEC by a long-standing customer. The marketing firm's data entry needs were slowing production and hampering the company's ability to serve customers. After our initial meeting, TDEC quickly developed a custom database. On the first day of operation, TDEC key entered roughly 25 loyalty registration cards. Today the volume consistently exceeds 12,000 cards per day and TDEC has built more than 50 different formats for entering data into a SQL database.
