DOL awards $41M GSA Schedule Task Order to TDEC for National Operational Support Services

The Department of Labor (DOL) announced the award of a GSA Schedule Task Order worth $41M to TDEC to provide National Operational Support Services (NOSS) to the Office of Workers’ Compensation Program (OWCP) and the Wage and Hour Division (WHD).

The NOSS program supports the processing of compensation claims and wage-related worker complaints for OWCP and WHD nationwide. Services for NOSS include data entry, data preparation, clerical imaging, scanning, maintenance, and mailroom support. TDEC supports over 20 locations.
