TDEC Opens New Office in the ‘Heart of Southwest Virginia’

Bethesda, MD – November 13, 2018: TDEC, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing services has opened a new office for its expanding data entry services in Lebanon, VA, the “Heart of Southwest Virginia,” which also serves as the county seat for Russell County.

“We are excited to set up shop in Lebanon,” TDEC President Dennis DuFour commented. “The Southwest Virginia Community College’s Center for Education and Training next door has already proven to be a great feeder for our business.”

With one of the highest unemployment rates in the state, TDEC’s location of its new office in Russell County is positive news. “The Russell County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) is excited that TDEC has decided to add a location here in Lebanon,” offered Ernest McFaddin, IDA Chairperson. “The company has been great to work with and we are confident that they will be an asset to our community.  The opportunity to add a number of quality jobs to the community is very exciting for Russell County and the Town of Lebanon.”

Jonathan Belcher, Executive Director of the Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority, concurred: “We are delighted that TDEC has decided to expand to Lebanon, VA. The jobs that TDEC plans to create in our region are very welcome news, and it has been a pleasure working with the TDEC team as their project has progressed.”

TDEC has already hired 12 employees and is preparing to ramp up to twice the amount.
