TDEC Earns ISO 9001:2008 Certification for Quality Management

TDEC, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, achieved the ISO 9001:2008 certification, reaffirming its commitment to achieving and maintaining excellence in service quality through ongoing organizational improvement and efficiencies.

Washington, D.C. ― TDEC, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to government and commercial entities, was recently awarded the ISO’s highest quality management systems certification, ISO 9001:2008, after a thorough assessment by BSI, an independent third party registrar accredited by ANAB.

The ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard was developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Important components of a more rigorous 9001 standard set include customer satisfaction and establishing processes for continuous improvement.

“We are pleased and proud to have received this ISO certification. It is a testament to the practices we have put into place and our people who consistently perform them day in and day out,” says John DuFour, Executive Vice President of TDEC. “This was no small feat. The certification process took over 18 months and 3,700 internal hours. I would like to THANK all TDEC employees for their hard work in getting this certificate. This certification is a tribute to you.”
